Valve well management
3.1 对室外天然气管网的阀门井，按高、中、低压分别统一编号，并绘制管网系统阀门编号图。
3.1 the valve wells of outdoor natural gas pipeline network shall be numbered according to high, medium and low pressure respectively, and the valve numbering diagram of pipe network system shall be drawn.
3.2 设立阀门井卡，记录阀门井的编号、地理位置图、阀门规格、型号、启闭方式、转数（或度数）、阀门维护保养的日期和内容，记录阀门启闭影响地域范围。
3.2 set up valve well card, record the valve well number, geographical location map, valve specification, model, opening and closing mode, revolution (or degree), valve maintenance date and content, and record the influence area of valve opening and closing.
3.3 阀门井应设有明显的位置标志，并保持阀门井周围道路通畅，禁止重物堆放阀门井周围。
3.3 the valve well shall be provided with obvious position signs, and the road around the valve well shall be kept unobstructed. It is forbidden to stack heavy objects around the valve well.
3.4 按照阀门维修、保养的计划作业，保持阀门处于良好工作状态。

3.5 配合各项市政工程，使阀门井、井盖与道路平齐。

3.7 阀门部件齐全，缺少部件时，应及时补装（包括井盖、爬梯、手轮）。井盖必须盖严，爬梯应牢固。井底不准有积水及其它杂物，严禁有易燃物，保持井内清洁整齐。
3.7 the valve components are complete, and should be timely re installed (including well cover, ladder, hand wheel) in case of lack of parts. The well cover must be tightly covered and the ladder should be firm. There shall be no ponding and other sundries at the bottom of the well, no inflammables, and keep the well clean and tidy.
